No.1 was created to control frizz and texture in fragile, lightened hair while protecting clarityand elasticity.
The formula refines porosity, smooths the cuticle, and balances the hair fiber withoutoverloading it. It supports strength and softness while preserving pigment definition, brightness and tonal accuracy.

1. Cleaning - Shampoo the hair twice with PRE
Shampoo for deep cleansing before the treatment.
During the second wash, leave the shampoo on the hair
for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
2. Drying - Towel-dry the hair, then fully dry it with a blow dryer and
a paddle brush.
3. Measuring - Shake the bottle well and
pour the desired amount of lotion into a bowl.
4. Application - Divide the hair into four equal sections.
Use an application brush and apply the lotion in 1 cm /
0.4 inch sections, 1 cm / 0.4 inch away from the scalp,
working from the root to the ends.
5. Processing - Allow the straightening lotion to dry well on the hair. The required time is between 70 to 90 minutes.
6. Diagnosis is Key: Never choose a rinsing method without first assessing the hair thickness and its color level (tone).
The Shampoo Route (Post-Shampoo): Essential for maintaining stable blonde tones and preventing damage to chemically compromised hair. This method allows for pH control and prevents thermal side effects.
The Rinsing Route (100% Water Only): Designed for maximum potency on resistant, natural, and coarse/frizzy hair, fully utilizing the acidic polymerization mechanism.
7. Blow-Dry - Use a blow dryer and a brush for a complete
and smooth blow-dry of the hair.
8. Sealing with Flat Iron - Divide the hair into four equal sections.
Flat Iron Instructions for all Types of Treatments:
Straighten the hair in 1 cm / 0.4 inch sections, 7–10 times
Recommended Flat Iron Temperature: 230°c / 446°f

9. Final Treatment - After completing the flat iron step,
rinse the hair with cool to lukewarm water. Using the
POST Supreme Mask, follow these steps simultaneously:
Neutralization & Protection - Apply and massage
POST Supreme Mask onto the scalp to neutralize any
remaining straightening agents. Locking & Sealing -
Distribute POST Supreme Mask evenly throughout the
hair. After 5 minutes, rinse the hair thoroughly with water
only.
10. Finishing and Styling - After towel drying the
hair, apply the HERO serum evenly and proceed with
drying the hair for a flawless finish.
