Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note: High volume periods (such as product launches or holidays) may result in minor delays.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over 300$
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Crown Pro is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages The Crown Pro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
